New cancer treatments? please help.?

I have to do a school project. it involves making a comic book with your treatment as your hero and the cancer as the bad guy. i cant think of a fairly new cancer treatment for my hero. my cancer is going to be lung cancer. so it has to be a new cancer treatment. but it also has to be old enough to be approved. please help!

Denise is correct. We have nothing effective against advanced stage lung carcinomas.
The best policy is prevention. Over 90% of them would not occur
IF PEOPLE WOULD NOT SMOKE CIGARETTES.
Over 31% of all cancer death can be attributed to cigarette smoking.
Is smoking cigarettes really necessary ? – Of course not.
It is simply another chemical addiction to nicotine that kills
more people each year than four years of World War Two.
Your comic book hero should be a person with a whip
who snaps the cigarettes out of the mouths of teenagers.

    There are no new treatments for lung cancer.

    This is for Denise For a cancer registrar you seem unaware of the vaccine developed in thr UNAM (Mexico City) against lung cancer (Stage 3 experiments(. Will also be used for prostate cancer.
